I want to share with you a chapter from my one of the courses I’ve written about writing good copy. It’s a skill I still work on daily, whether it’s in the form of e-mails or in the writing of a sales letter.
I can’t claim to be an incredible copywriter, but I know I’m good. The only reason I know I’m good is that I’ve learned it from people who can do it well, made their guidance into a system and then I’ve followed it. Simple.
As many of you know, I’m also a professional magician and so I bring my experience of performing internationally to bear here, using it as an analogy for how to compel people to engage with your writing.

These two questions should really be the starting point for you when writing sales copy or putting together a sales video.
Most of all, considering what we’ve spoken about already, what does that journey make you feel? For example, every magic effect I perform has one thing in common. It’s the thing that will increase your sales and make people connect with you far more deeply than with other marketers.

Easy Way To Become A Master Copywriter with Jay Abraham [VIDEO LESSON]
I stumbled across this little gem pretty much by accident. Frankly, it watching it was one of those ‘why didn’t I think of that?’ moments.
For those of you not familiar with Jay Abraham, he’s a master copywriter. He’s written copy for some very big names in the marketing world and teaches a select few how to do the same and get paid HUGE sums for it.
Copywriting is, of course, the art of selling in words. If you write something compelling about your product that clearly connects with your readers (potential buyers), you make a sale. It sounds easy when phrased like that but it’s deceptively hard. This is the reason that people like Jay can charge tens of thousands of dollars per sales letter – because they’ve mastered it.
