Tony Robbins On The Mindset Of Why Tiny Changes Mean Big Results
I was browsing YouTube in between work sessions a few days ago and came across a few videos by one of my favourite ‘guiding lights’ in the world of self-development – Tony Robbins.
If you’ve not heard of him, I’d strongly suggest you look him up or better still, check out his extensive catalogue of work by clicking here.
What struck me about this video (and the reason I wanted to share it with you) is partly because it’s 8 minutes of solid content to help you adjust your mindset for success. However, the main reason is due to something he says at 4mins 20seconds in to the video.

Tony Robbins Interviews The Man Who Made $1Million In 18 Hours With Internet Marketing. Completely Brilliant. [VIDEO]
Whether or not you’ve heard of John Reese, you’re in for a treat.
This is an awesome follow-up to a video that I posted a week or so ago. In this video, self-development master Tony Robbins interviews the man who made $1million online in 18 hours, from his parent’s living room.
Many people compare him to Roger Bannister, the man who broke the four minute mile. Like Bannister, Reese did something that no one else has ever done. Since then several people have achieved the same and much much more.

Tony Robbins Interviews Frank Kern and John Reese on Taking Action With Internet Marketing [AWESOME VIDEO]
As many of you know, I’m a big fan of self-development and one of the masters of that is Anthony Robbins. Naturally I’m also an internet marketer. When I saw that Anthony Robbins was getting into internet marketing, and that he’d interviewed two of the masters in our field, I couldn’t wait to share it with you. Read the rest of this entry »
The Simple Guide To Making Decisions That Can Change Your Life. And All In One Blog Post.
As many of you will know from my e-mails, I recently took a short ‘city break’ trip to Amsterdam [cue: a torrent of cannabis and sex jokes from my readers
].
Anyway, while I was there, I was talking to a friend of mine who was having significant issues with some important relationships in her life. She wanted to change the way she felt and the way her life was going.
Like me, she wants to be successful and have more than enough money. She wants to find the thing that makes her feel complete and perhaps even find a way to share her knowledge with the world.
This got me thinking.
- What are the differences between those who can solve these sorts of issues and those that struggle with them?
The answer appears to be decisions. And the cool thing about decisions and the choice they provide is that they’re available to virtually everyone, all of the time.
I listened to an audio book from Anthony Robbins while searching for resources to help my friend and stumbled across a set of questions that create excellent levels of clarity very quickly. These are questions I’ll be asking my friend to answer to help her get the focus she needs.
I’ve answered them (and will continue to do so) and they’re already having a positive impact on my work and my life.
So I thought you’d like to read them too.
At any one time, you have the choice to decide:
- What to focus on
- What things around you mean to you
- What to do in the very next moment
With that in mind, whenever you have a challenging situation, answer these questions:
- What do I want?
- What actions do I need to take to get it?
- What’s working and what isn’t working?
- What different approaches can I use for the things that aren’t working?
This gives you a template to work with. You decide exactly what you want, you find out exactly what you need to get it, you then take lots of action. As you do, you find out what works and what doesn’t. You then continually change the approach that doesn’t work until it does.
Let me know your thoughts on this.
