Free Niche Research Tool

One of the most challenging parts of internet marketing (in my experience) is finding that target market to sell to.

Marketers refer to it as a ‘niche’ and it’s the key to ensuring your success. I found this out with my first product. I went into a big market (Twitter) with plenty of knowledge about the subject but very little knowledge about marketing. As a result, I was overwhelmed by massive competition.

Consequently, I had a great product but no truly targeted market to pinpoint.

A few days ago when researching my niche, a friend sent me a link to this free service:

I’ve been getting the e-mails from Scot, who runs Niche A Day for the past two days and even in that short time, I can see the massive value in his service.

Just today, he’s suggested a niche that I know about (through friends) which I never even considered tapping into.

He also provides a way in which you can drill down to find a really specific little niche that you could easily dominate.

The list of keywords he provides to go with the niche is invaluable for this, as it’s basically the first part of your keyword research, done for you.

If you’re new to internet marketing, or you’ve ever struggled with a niche, I’d suggest you take a look at this. Try it for a week (it’s free forever) and see if you can’t find a good little niche.

  1. Finding the right niche I feel, is the biggest task before the journey of blogging begins. When one chooses the wrong niche the blog is bound to fail after some months. Its a good thing that people like Scott is making things easier specially for those wanting to start a blog by guiding them choose the right niche. Also, a niche a day is impressive work.
