The 7 Habits of Highly Successful Internet Marketers
It’s finally here folks! After creating this course last year and even selling some basic versions of it via the Warrior Forum, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Internet Marketers is here!
I’m extremely proud of what I’ve created here because I know it’s going to provide you, my readers and subscribers with a ton of tools and mindset modifications that you can actually apply to create your own success stories online.
Basically, I got pretty sick of seeing marketers churning out courses and software without addressing the core issue that stops most people being successful – Their thoughts and the way those thoughts become habits in their daily lives. You see, without the right habits, virtually every great tool or course is useless. That’s where the 7 Habits of Highly Successful Internet Marketers comes in.
With this course, you get not just a video course, but some practical questions which, when answered honestly, will provide you with a far clearer direction for your online business.
Oh, and I also got pretty sick of reading sales letters that didn’t actually tell me what the hell the product was. Which is why I’ve created this video to give you a behind-the-scenes look at this latest version of the product. As always, please leave your comments in the section below.
The Best Internet Marketing Blogs on How To Create Big Plans, Get Big Results and Why You Need Indicators
It’s been a little while since my last post on here. I’ve been working on a very exciting little project which I’m going to announce on here tomorrow, but in the meantime, I wanted to share some blogs with you that I believe will help you as they’ve helped me.
The first is the blog of a great marketing thinker of our time: Seth Godin. You may have already heard his name and if you’re a fan of my blog on Facebook, then you’ll know that I recently posted a video of him speaking about blogging. Well, Seth has written a very short, simple post that sums up what you need to do to get big results. Don’t be fooled by the fact it’s short. It looks simple because it is and Seth is a master at stripping away the nonsense and going with what works. Simply click the link to read Seth’s post entitled: ‘Make Big Plans‘
One of my role models for this blog since I started it just over a year ago is a blogger called Yaro Starak. Yaro has been internet marketing for several years and has created incomes using forums, blogs and joint ventures among other things. He also has a podcast and video series that has inspired my own video channel on YouTube and podcast on iTunes. One particular post series has been very inspiring to me and I wanted to share it with you. It’s called ‘A Day In The Life Of An Internet Entrepreneur‘ and this version is the updated 2009 edition. You can also read his original 2005 version via the same link. Yaro is a great blogger and writes in a very informative style, holding nothing back. Check it out.

Plan for 2011: This Is Your Life. Do What You Love. And Do It Often
Well, here we are, 10 days into the new year and I wanted to give you something that a friend of mine (Cher Pearce) shared on Facebook. I hope it provides you with a mantra or two to use this year in order to move your life to the next level, whatever that may be.
In my case, it will help me to work on my niche sites and social media pages to provide myself with the income I need to get all the elements of my acting career paid for. What’s your goal for this year? Mine is to have my first $2,000 month from my online work, followed by my first $5000 month. Acting-wise, it’s (as I said above) to get all the elements I need to promote myself in place so I can blitz the industry.
Share your goal below so that we can all support you in it and let me know what you think of this in the comments section:
One thing that may help you put this into action is a 4-step system I read in an excellent book on NLP (neuro-linguistic programming):

Author of ‘Think and Grow Rich’ Napoleon Hill on How To Become Rich and Wealthy [VIDEO]
Happy New Year marketing fans!
For those of you that have been reading my blog for a little while, you’ll know that one of my favourite books is Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich. In this work, more than in perhaps any other book ever written on the subject, the author explains how to create incredible wealth in your life, as well as how to become rich.
You’ll notice I make the distinction between becoming rich (having lots of money) and manifesting wealth (having a life that is abundant in every way, not just financially).
As you may know, wealth creation is a subject I love learning about and applying to my life and business, mostly because I want to create that wealth in my own life. If you’re looking for the same abundance in your life, then I think you’ll enjoy what I have for you today.
You see, in the world of internet marketing, many people go on about how important your mindset is. The thing is, it’s not important. It’s crucial.
Without the right mental approach, every technique and tool that can make you money online, won’t. It simply can’t make you money without you applying it consistently and with the right thought process behind it.
For example, if you’re subconsciously not open to making money, due to limiting beliefs from your job or life, then you’ll never apply those tools and systems in the consistent way that is so necessary to success.
To help you to both understand it and actually do the steps to be successful, I’ve found this great footage of Napoleon Hill himself, explaining how the mind can create anything that it can conceive. What’s amazing is that if you apply the steps from Napoleon’s book to your internet business, the lessons and tools he provides give you a lot of the mindset you need to succeed.
So, here’s the video. It’s pretty old and nothing like the spangly, jazzed-up videos you might be used to, but the content is brilliant.
If you want to find out more and get a copy of Hill’s excellent book, click here: http://www.adventuresininternetmarketing.net/grow-rich
As always, please leave a comment below and let me know the lesson you take away from this that you’re going to apply in this new year.
A Short Sharp Lesson in Making Money Online
I received a very sharp lesson (by which I mean, ‘metaphorical smack in the face’) recently and wanted to share it with you…
I was on the phone to a relatively new friend of mine a couple of weeks ago, and we were discussing what to sell and how to do it.
To give you a bit of background, the friend I was chatting to was Shaqir Hussyin, a marketer who comfortably makes around $35,000 every month with his online business. Yes, you read that right. That’s his monthly income.
So I figured he might know a thing or two about making money online.
I mentioned that it was all very well trying to sell expensive products to people as an affiliate marketer but would people really pay thousands for a product when they can get a basic version for $100 or less.
Shaq actually paused for a moment before he answered:
‘Man, you’ve gotta shift that belief. That’s a limiting belief you have right there. There will always be people willing to pay top-dollar for stuff.‘
I thought about that for a moment. Logically, I immediately knew it was true, but I realised that emotionally, I hadn’t changed the way I thought. I automatically saw lack instead of abundance. I know that I would much rather drive an Aston Martin DB9 at £130,000 ($202,485) than a Vauxhall Corsa at £9995 ($15,568) so it stands to reason that other people must feel the same way about whatever they’re into.
This was confirmed to me again the following week when I watched an ‘over-the-shoulder’ video by Neil Asher.
In the video, Neil showed us how he researched a particular niche, firstly to see if it was profitable (i.e. people were searching in high numbers etc.) then to see if there were high-end products to sell within that market. Now of course, it may be the case that fewer people will buy if the product is expensive, but again, The First Law of Shaq states: There will always be people who want to buy expensive stuff.
So Neil took us through the cigar market and to a particular (very niche) item that people who smoke cigars want and need: A humidor. For those not in the know (like me when Neil mentioned it), a humidor is a case or cabinet where you store cigars in a constant environment, so that they don’t get very dry or too damp but stay at the optimum level for a good ol’ smoke.
Anyway, Neil showed us this and found a company that sold high-end humidors for thousand of dollars each.
And that’s when it hit me: It takes exactly the same amount of work Read the rest of this entry »
Tony Robbins On The Mindset Of Why Tiny Changes Mean Big Results
I was browsing YouTube in between work sessions a few days ago and came across a few videos by one of my favourite ‘guiding lights’ in the world of self-development – Tony Robbins.
If you’ve not heard of him, I’d strongly suggest you look him up or better still, check out his extensive catalogue of work by clicking here.
What struck me about this video (and the reason I wanted to share it with you) is partly because it’s 8 minutes of solid content to help you adjust your mindset for success. However, the main reason is due to something he says at 4mins 20seconds in to the video.
